They are responsible for working with the state department of education to identify upcoming changes as well as understanding the potential impact to our customers. Regional Coordination is a unique service that is provided to you at no additional cost. We believe that the changing nature of special education requires this on-going, proactive service. We also believe that, as a SEAS customer, your main contact point with CAS after your implementation should not be the Help Desk.
