

SEAS University is an on-line training and support community offering for SEAS customers. SEAS University is the place to go for on-demand answers:
Any SEAS™ user will have access to the online university. A convenient link on the SEAS™ website allows the user to quickly navigate to the University offerings. While in the University site, the user may view numerous recorded mini-lessons and podcasts. Many of the mini-lessons will have supplemental fact sheets that can be downloaded and printed. SEAS™ University has different sections dedicated to a variety of users. For example, the New Users section focuses on the questions most frequently asked by a new user. The Service Provider section provides in-depth lessons on using the Related Services Tracker and the Assessment Report Manager. The Administrators section brings together tips and best practices for each of the administrative components of SEAS™. All users will find engaging mini-lessons to help them maximize their usage of SEAS™.
